Suspicious Cargo

I don't want to brag, but the weather has been spectacular around these parts lately. Temps have been in the mid- to high-seventies, the sun has been shining and there is a hint of spring in the air.

Of course, the Peanut (who has firmly established himself as an outdoors man), never misses an opportunity to take advantage of the perfect weather and explore the world . . . .or at least the backyard. And, he never misses the opportunity to throw some dirt during his travels:

On occasion, the little explorer will bring a souvenir home from his travels. Here is today's souvenir:

Here's where I found it:

Um, yeah, that is his diaper.* How a rock of that size got in there is beyond me. Even more baffling is how he was not at all bothered by the additional cargo.

Mine is not to question . . . .

*Note: Despite the suspicious looking shadows, the only other material in the diaper was a little dirt. Had it not been so, I assure you that the treasure would not have been documented with photos.

I had to crack up: mid to high seventies here means SUMMER! Not a hint of spring---that's any series of days consistently above freezing. You crack me up.
